My son left his backpack in the terminal as we boarded from Rome International Airport to Los Angeles. After verifying that the airport still had his backpack, they recommended Pelican Express to recover the backpack on our behalf. Pelican Express was very communicative and helpful. After a little negotiation, they gave us a price we could work with to get the backpack back to us. They handled everything super professionally and I'm so grateful for their service and care in recovering my son's belongings. Thank you, team at Pelican Express!!! :)

My son was traveling with his team and left his phone on the airplane at FCO. ITA airways referred me to pelican express. Pelican express had me verify information and fill out an authorization form for them to pick up the phone from ITA airways. Once they picked it up, I received the phone in a day. Depending on where you are located, the cost is very reasonable. The whole process took about a week. Be patient! They can be very busy but rest assured they will come through! Great customer service quick responses on email and I am very well pleased with pelican express. My son has his phone back and we are so relieved that we did not have to buy a whole new cell Or drive down to Rome. Thank you, pelican express!

I left a beloved bracelet going through the security conveyer belt in the Rome airport. Fortunately the airport located it and told me I needed a courier to pick it up and ship to me. I found Pelican Express through reading google reviews. They were very prompt and responsive. They picked my bracelet and I received it several days later. It was uncomplicated and streamlined. Highly recommend!!!

Pelican’s services are awesome! I had left a bag at a restaurant in Rome and needed it delivered across town, and Pelican express made it happen with no issue! Everything went smoothly and I was able to get my bag back thanks to this company. 5 stars

I forgot my laptop at the security checkpoint in Rome Fiumicino Airport on August 15, 2025. After contacting the airport’s lost luggage service, I was advised to reach out to Pelican Express courier service to have it returned from Rome to France. They handled all the necessary procedures and delivered my laptop, securely packed, to my home within three days.

During a recent International trip I misplaced my computers at security in Rome Fiumicino airport, once I arrived in the states I was notified that my possessions were found however I needed to obtain a shipping carrier to have them processed, packed, and shipped to me I secured Pelican Express Courier Italywho expedited the process with efficiency and my computers were in my hands within a few days. I highly recommend them!
