Thank you very much for everything. I left behind an item at Rome Airport. I emailed them for help, and they were very quick and responsive. Received my item in New York! Thank You!!! Highly recommend!

I’m writing on behalf of Constance, who had items stolen at the Rome Airport last fall. She was contacted by the Rome Airport Police that several items were found and Pelican Express could facilitate the return! The company was easy to deal with and clearly itemized what they needed to proceed. Even with an international transaction, the whole process was efficient and smooth. From the time they had the items in their possession to delivery at our house was only a matter of at the most 48 hours! If you need to get something from one country to another and can’t do it yourself, Pelican Express is the company to use!

My parents were on a European trip when an item was left in the Rome airport. As they were traveling, and the phone with their email was in the lost item, I was working from Texas to get the item returned. Even though their trip was around the Christmas holiday, Pelican Couriers was outstanding at keeping me posted on the item, its transport, and its delivery. The item was received on the day they said we would get it, and everything was in the item. They are friendly, professional, and easy to work with!

My son left his backpack in the terminal as we boarded from Rome International Airport to Los Angeles. After verifying that the airport still had his backpack, they recommended Pelican Express to recover the backpack on our behalf. Pelican Express was very communicative and helpful. After a little negotiation, they gave us a price we could work with to get the backpack back to us. They handled everything super professionally and I'm so grateful for their service and care in recovering my son's belongings. Thank you, team at Pelican Express!!! :)

My son was traveling with his team and left his phone on the airplane at FCO. ITA airways referred me to pelican express. Pelican express had me verify information and fill out an authorization form for them to pick up the phone from ITA airways. Once they picked it up, I received the phone in a day. Depending on where you are located, the cost is very reasonable. The whole process took about a week. Be patient! They can be very busy but rest assured they will come through! Great customer service quick responses on email and I am very well pleased with pelican express. My son has his phone back and we are so relieved that we did not have to buy a whole new cell Or drive down to Rome. Thank you, pelican express!

I left a beloved bracelet going through the security conveyer belt in the Rome airport. Fortunately the airport located it and told me I needed a courier to pick it up and ship to me. I found Pelican Express through reading google reviews. They were very prompt and responsive. They picked my bracelet and I received it several days later. It was uncomplicated and streamlined. Highly recommend!!!
