Explus were very swift and efficient in collecting my glass bottle which I had left at a hotel in Lucca. They communicated the costs and timeframe on the same day, and were pleasant on their communications. My glass bottle arrived safely in England so well packaged it took quite a bit of effort to unwrap it! I am very pleased with the service I received.

Lucky to have discovered EXPO early on during my years in Lucca. I ship often to the United States, Belgium, and Caribbean. Gaetano has always given me 100% customer service and competitive pricing. I appreciate the attention to detail as these are international shipments that are time sensitive. I can’t help but notice every time I’m in the shop. There is a mountain of cases of wine to be shipped to the US by visitors who have done purchasing during their visit to Italy. Apparently, I am not the only one who’s discovered his talents. Many people use him for shipping home cases of wine. His pricing makes it an excellent value once you source unusual wines in Tuscany conveniently located just outside the city center where parking is available, this is my number one and only ship to place of business.!

Shopping and traveling in Italy is a wonderful experience. It Is exemplified by The Professional Services of Explus.. not only will they ship all your goodies back for you they will also send off your suitcases so you don't have to drag them through the airport. They also have an extensive supply of Italian products that you Don't See everywhere. Gaetano is an experience professional with a wonderful attitude , very friendly and accommodating. He will also do the shopping for you and get you the best products for the best price . We used him for our trip home and it really made everything so easy for us. This is the place to go to and you will not be disappointed. Very trustworthy.
