We started the Via Francigena from Lucca and needed somewhere to store then transfer our suitcase to Siena. Gaetano was so helpful and the whole process was straightforward. Our suitcase was waiting at our hotel in Siena when we arrived and the price was reasonable too. If you are doing this route of the Via I highly recommend using Explus. Sarina

My wife and I were in Lucca at the end of February and wanted to send some of our clothing home to New York instead of carrying it around for the rest of our vacation. Explus was recommended by the management company of our Air B & B. We stopped in and spoke with Leonardo.
He was fantastic, he explained the process and when we returned a few days later he helped us strategically pack the box and send it off. Unbelievably it arrived at our friend’s house in New York 2 days later. What a fantastic job, so again I just wanted to thank you guys and of course Leonardo for all his help. I would emphatically recommend them if you need to ship anything.

If you have to ship anything from Lucca, use Explus! I have used them several times over the past few years. They are professional and, most importantly, reliable. Good people!

I came to Gaetano to send an election ballot to the U.S. Impeccable service, extremely knowledgable. He has also thoroughly explained how to ship items from the U.S. back to Italy and I will use this service in the future. Highly recommend! .

Explus were very swift and efficient in collecting my glass bottle which I had left at a hotel in Lucca. They communicated the costs and timeframe on the same day, and were pleasant on their communications. My glass bottle arrived safely in England so well packaged it took quite a bit of effort to unwrap it! I am very pleased with the service I received.
