An excellent experience with a local business in Lucca! Leonardo Norris (store manager) really took care of us and made sure our gift parcel to Belgium was well pack and labelled correctly. His English is excellent. This is an excellent business and is definitely worth 5 STARS!

I lost my phone at Pisa Airport. Explus collected it and arranged for it to be delivered to my home in the UK. They were helpful, efficient and speedy. Excellent service. I thoroughly recommend Explus.

My husband and I were in Lucca for 2 weeks. We knew ahead of time that we were going to be shipping a lot of food items, clothing and books home, so my husband found Explus before we even had arrived in country. They did an excellent job of packing and shipping our endless items. They even held our packages for a later shipping date. It was also fun talking with them and joking about my purchases. Everything arrived safely at our house. We highly recommend Explus! Thank you!

We started the Via Francigena from Lucca and needed somewhere to store then transfer our suitcase to Siena. Gaetano was so helpful and the whole process was straightforward. Our suitcase was waiting at our hotel in Siena when we arrived and the price was reasonable too. If you are doing this route of the Via I highly recommend using Explus. Sarina

My wife and I were in Lucca at the end of February and wanted to send some of our clothing home to New York instead of carrying it around for the rest of our vacation. Explus was recommended by the management company of our Air B & B. We stopped in and spoke with Leonardo.
He was fantastic, he explained the process and when we returned a few days later he helped us strategically pack the box and send it off. Unbelievably it arrived at our friend’s house in New York 2 days later. What a fantastic job, so again I just wanted to thank you guys and of course Leonardo for all his help. I would emphatically recommend them if you need to ship anything.
