would not recommend anyone to use this company to ship your luggage. I only did twice and already my second time my suitcase has been lost and never returned. The customer service is absolutely useless and unhelpful. I have contacted directly UPS who is the courier used by BagExpress. I have escalated to their management and I have been told that the case has been mismanaged from the start. Bag Express did not ask for my suitcase details early enough and never asked for the contents inside therefore after two months has proven too late to actually find my suitcase. It was a suitcase packed with personal items for my whole family irreplaceable. My kids are still upset about this!!! I have been offered Eur 100 if I show receipts. Unbelievable. Never ever again I will use either BagExpress or UPS. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from both of them.
