I'd like to share my experience visiting this company. We work as a crew of two drivers. We arrived at the company on Friday evening, and as usual, it was bustling. We stopped at the ramp for loading. We went to the office and informed them that we had another additional load that evening after them and that we were a double crew and had a lot of driving time, since all the trucks on the ramps were curtained and sleeping until morning. We asked for loading priority due to the circumstances. The woman, dissatisfied with life or her work, told us to wait our turn. After waiting four hours without success, we went back to the office and insisted on getting some kind of loading forecast. The woman in the office suggested that we sleep standing under the ramp. We insistently reminded her of our situation, after which she, in a very unprofessional tone, sent us to the warehouse, saying, 'So, deal with it yourselves.' And after we spoke with the senior loader at the warehouse, it turns out no
one had even hinted to him about this, and that of course he'll try to load us while we're sleeping on the ramp. Question: why is there an incompetent person in the office who doesn't even try to do anything, not even to accommodate the driver, but at least to follow the logic of what's happening? Prioritizing loading a truck that's not going anywhere until the morning, and ignoring the human requests of those waiting to be loaded and ready to move on, fulfilling their duties (unlike the woman in the document issuing office), deliberately keeping them waiting until late at night! This is unprofessional work for company staff, especially in the logistics and transportation industry. I hope management companies won't remain indifferent to such things.Scopri di più
