Ansali sagt 12:36Uhr Bescheid, dass Sie es nicht schaffen 12:00Uhr (Zeitfenster ) zu laden. Angebot war dann 24h später zu laden. Mehrkosten für einen neuen Ersatz-LKW wollte Ansali nicht zahlen. Nie wieder mit dem Unternehmen!

Company does not diserve even a one star! Had unloading by theirs order. Every day we sent the info where is truck and how much is left to unloading place, so that they could inform theirs client. Arrived, done all by this companies managers transport order, to unloading place - it was Friday, and at the unloading place told that earlier unloading is possible only Tuesday... So, Ansali didn't help at all, such unprofesional work didn't see at all, and nothing could be done. Truck waited till Tuesday, got unloaded and of course, no waiting fee was paid! UNPROFESIONAL WORK AT ALL. For what such companies exist i do not understand. COMPANY IS BLACKLISTED - don't recommend to work with them!

They keep spamming your email regarding updates but once there is a problem they will take 2h to let you know 'it's not their problem'. Would not recommend anyone working with them. Will update this review once we receive payment (judging by their CH branch, it will take around 3-6 months).
