I had an extremely disappointing experience, particularly with their representative. After they broke my expensive designer lamp during the move, I followed their procedure for filing a claim under the CMR policy, including providing all requested documentation. In January, Giampaolo assured me that they would handle the claim and keep me informed.
I didn’t hear anything back, all communication ceased. Despite numerous follow-ups, I received no updates on the progress of the claim or any resolution. This level of unresponsiveness is unprofessional and unacceptable.
As a customer, I trusted them to address the issue in good faith, but instead, I’ve been left in the dark for months. If you value accountability and reliability in a moving company, look elsewhere. Premio Srl has shown a complete lack of respect for their clients by failing to resolve this matter or even communicate.
